I’ve been watching your YouTube videos and have learned so much—I’m very new to grinding my own wheat.
Your pasta recipe sounds like just what I was looking for. I watched the video and want to make the manicotti.
Will you tell me how thick you made the pasta sheets and approximately how long. I have a pasta machine for my Kitchen Aid mixer, so I can make the sheets. Or is there a YouTube video that would show me? Remember, I’m new to this whole grain grinding way of life. 🙂
Thank you so much for all the tips and recipes you’ve taught me.

    1. Thank you! We use the Kitchen aid with our pasta sheeter as well! I believe it is number 2 thickness (the thickness you would use to make ravioli) For ours, we just made the long sheets, and cut them into about 4×8 inch rectangles, and filled them and rolled them up! There is a bit of forgiveness with tis recipe. I hope that helps! I am so glad my videos and recipes are helpful! Thanks again!
