Using Bread Made With Freshly Milled Flour

Firstly, you’ll need some Homemade Bread made with freshly milled flour. Bread that is a day or two old works great! But, if you only have fresh bread, that will work as well. Ideally, you want a sturdy loaf of bread that will hold up well when cubed and toasted. I have a wonderful Italian Bread Loaf recipe HERE that works amazing. However, pretty much any type of bread will work in a pinch.
