What Bread Should I Pair With My Dipping Oil?

My favorite bread to pair with homemade dipping oil would have to be either my Italian Bread Loaf or my Sourdough bread. It really depends on my mood, and what I am serving with it. And, another factor for me to consider when making this for a meal is time. My Italian Bread I can have ready to go in about 4 hours, whereas, my sourdough, I have to plan ahead, and start a day or two before. So, since I am not a great planner, this usually means we are having it with my homemade Italian Bread from scratch with freshly milled flour. HERE is that recipe if you are wondering how you can make it too!
