Scratch Made Caesar Dressing : Anchovy Free Recipe – Vegetarian
Checkout this Anchovy-Free Caesar Dressing, I make it Vegetarian style, so we can enjoy the classic Caesar Salad taste, but without any “fishy flavor.” I love a great Fresh Casesar Salad, something about it’s simplicity is just so comforting! Although, traditionally, Caesar Salad is made with Romaine, we have allowed some grace, and served this with Iceberg lettuce, because that is what we had on hand. Also, if I am being honest, my family generally prefers iceberg lettuce. So, you may choose any lettuce option you have or prefer!

Inside look to my blender showing the consistency, if you like it thicker, you can omit the TBSP of water. We like it slightly thinned so it will coat the lettuce easier.
