What To Do With Leftover Flautas?

Leftover Flautas make a wonderful freezer meal! I always make extra, so I can freeze the rest for later use. So, we will let the flautas cool, then put them in a freezer safe container. Also, they freeze well for up to 3-4 months. To cook from frozen, preheat oven to 400* F and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until heated through. So, this allows my teens to be able to grab one or two out and cook themselves.
