Fresh Milled Flour Nutrition Calculator
This calculator is one of the very few out there written just for freshly milled grains. Most nutritional calculators just use flour as an ingredient. But, we all know that white flour is not the same as FMF. The whole wheat or whole grain ground just before using it is always going to give you more nutritional content.
This tool is in Beta mode, and is still being tested, so make sure you are not using this for medical purposes. But, you will find all the different types of common grains; for example nutritional information for recipes that contain hard white, hard red, spelt, khorasan, einkorn, etc.
So, if you are looking for a way to figure out nutritional information on recipes with the different types of wheat that you use, then this is the interactive calculator for you!
