Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (could use 1 cup of fresh)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2&1/2 cup Fresh Milled Einkorn Flour Mill 1&2/3 cup of Einkorn Berries to get this flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350*F, and Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mill your Einkorn into flour
  • In a mixing bowl (this step may mix easier with a mixer) combine ingredients and mix until no dry flour is left. If the dough is still dry, you can add a Tablespoon of water.
  • Knead the dough until is comes together, this is a slightly dry dough.
  • Either roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut cookie shapes, OR pinch off about a Tablespoon of dough, and roll it in your hands, then smash it down to form a cookie disk. Try to keep them all about the same size.
  • Bake the treats for 20-25 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.
  • Remove from oven to cool.
  • Once the Dog treats are completely cool, they can be stored at room temperature for 3 days, or freeze for up to 4 months. (I usually keep a small amount out, and freeze the rest - I pull out about 3 days worth at a time)
