Apple Toffee Dip with Cream Cheese

Grains In Small Places
This apple toffee dip is creamy, and delicious with an extra pleasant surprise crunch. We make the toffee from scratch at home, but you could also purchase toffee bits from the baking aisle in a pinch for time. This dip is so easy to make, and will certainly be a crowd pleaser! This dip isn't just for apples, however that is our favorite thing to dip in it.

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup toffee bits 150g See my blog for a homemade version You can adjust this amount to your liking

Instructions

  • In a Medium Mixing bowl add softened cream cheese, molasses, sugar, and vanilla. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend until combined.
  • Once the cream cheese mixture is all combined, then stir in the toffee bits.
  • You can serve right away, however we like to cover and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours for an enhanced flavor.

Notes

To store this Cream Cheese Toffee Apple Dip, cover and place in the fridge for 3-4 days. I don't recommend freezing, as this will change the texture of the cream cheese.
